We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Nursery Apprentice to join our fantastic nursery within an established and friendly team located within Finchampstead.

Your main role and responsibilities will be to:

Assist in the supervision and care of children aged 0–5, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times
- Support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play
- Contribute to the creation of a stimulating, clean, and welcoming nursery environment
- Observe and document children’s development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and respectful atmosphere
- Encourage children’s independence, communication, and social skills through daily interactions
- Participate actively in training sessions and professional development opportunities
- Support with daily routines including mealtimes, hygiene, and rest periods, maintaining high standards of care and discretion
