Salary: £28,712 per annum + up to 10% bonus

This 7.5T Apprentice Driver programme gives you everything you need to become a qualified commercial driver – while earning, learning, and delivering high-quality products to customers. As the final step in the customer journey, you’ll play a key role in creating positive, lasting impressions. If you enjoy being on the road and helping people, this could be the perfect opportunity.
About the Apprenticeship
Our 10-month programme is designed for those with little or no experience. You’ll benefit from hands-on training, expert-led masterclasses, and online learning, helping you to:
- Achieve your C1 (7.5T) licence
- Gain your CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Earn the Urban Driver Level 2 qualification
- Build excellent customer service skills
Once Qualified, You’ll Be:
- Delivering products through a multi-drop driving role
- Lifting, carrying, and installing items for customers
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time
- Providing outstanding customer experiences at every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- A full Class B UK/EA driving licence held for at least 6 months, with no more than 6 penalty points
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
- The ability to lift and handle heavy items safely
