Our company is a small IT/Telecommunications that is growing! and because of this, we are seeking a talented individual which is looking to further their career by studying for an IT Support Apprenticeship, you will be completing this course over a period of 18 months while working within our company and earning a monthly salary!
As part of our talented IT team, you will be working on solving IT and telecoms and Cyber Security problems for customers, this will include maintaining their servers and phone systems, additionally, complete any IT-related jobs they need for their company to run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Training will be provided on the systems we use and help is always on hand if you are ever unsure of anything.
Your day to day roles will typically include:
- Use of remote tools to assist customers in troubleshooting problems
- Remote/onsite support and project-based work including travelling to customers office for support and installation with senior staff members
- Build and maintain customer rapport
- Manage technical issues, solutions, and sales opportunity progress by creating cases within the company help desk system
- Ensure clear, professional communication between the team and customer
- Create and maintain self-help documents
- Research IT and telecoms products we use and could use in the future to expand our catalogue of products that we offer to our clients
- Other duties are assigned from time-to-time

Pay: £13,000.00 per year
