This is an exciting opportunity to join the Human Resources team in the world’s market leader in the highly specialised area of probate debt recovery industry.
We are looking for an HR & Recruitment Apprentice to be a part of a friendly and busy Human Resources team working in the Finance Collections Industry.
This role features the Apprenticeship Career Path – 6-month reviews with salary accelerator.
The Role:
We are looking to fill this post with someone who enjoys speaking to people and working in a team in a fast-moving Financial Services environment. You will need to be able to plan and prioritise your workload, work accurately, with attention to detail, good communication and IT skills. You can develop your career in Human Resources and Recruitment with us as we expand our business here in the UK and Europe.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Processing candidates who apply for our roles as we expand the business
- Speaking to candidates via the telephone and email in a friendly and efficient manner, supporting them through our recruitment processes
- Completion of Human Resources apprenticeship qualification
- HR Administration & Onboarding new starters
- Engage and attract candidates to join our growing business
- HR projects such as migration to a new system
Essential skills:
- Excellent Communication – both written and verbal
- Good IT Skills
- Ability to establish good working relationships
- To work well under pressure and to be able to work with people from a variety of backgrounds
- Ability to be confidential and handle sensitive information
Working Pattern – 37.5 hours per week based on Mon-Fri 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
- Time given for apprenticeship studies
