We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Apprentice (level 3) to join our dynamic team. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment while developing essential skills in business administration. The successful candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our organisation.

Duties

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organised.
Assist in the management of office supplies and inventory, ensuring that resources are readily available.
Provide admin support, including filing, scanning, and maintaining physical and electronic records.
Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Support team members with administrative tasks as required, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Skills

Proficient in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
Basic clerical skills, including typing and document management.
A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting within a fast-paced office environment.

Weekly working hours are Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch (35 hour week).
