Our Role
Join our experienced Project Management team and learn how to plan, manage, and deliver real projects that make a difference. You’ll work on exciting initiatives, helping to shape the future of energy while gaining hands-on experience and a recognised qualification all while getting paid!

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for motivated, curious individuals who are ready to kickstart their career. You’ll need:

GCSEs in Maths and English Language (Grade 49 or A*C)

Plus one of the following:

Two A Levels (AC)* one must be in a STEM subject
BTEC Level 3 National Certificate in a relevant subject (Merit or Distinction)

And we’d love to see:

A team player with a positive attitude
Interest in building a career in project management
Good IT skills and a willingness to learn
