This entry-level role will provide valuable experience in a legal setting and offers a competitive salary above the minimum apprenticeship wage after the successful completion of a probationary period.

Responsibilities:

Assist with general administrative tasks, including making calls to clients, third-party solicitors, surveyors, and housing associations.
Scan and organise important legal documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Liaise with staff members to support the development and progress of ongoing cases.
Provide administrative support to legal professionals, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

Minimum of GCSE qualifications (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
A proactive and motivated approach to work.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment.
