At Smart Kids Nursery, we are offering exciting Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship opportunities for individuals who already hold a Level 2 Childcare qualification and are ready to take the next step in their professional journey.
You will gain hands-on experience in a nurturing early years setting while working towards your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification with our trusted training provider.
Key Responsibilities
As an Apprentice Early Years Educator, you will:
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Promote children’s learning, development, and well-being through play.
- Observe, assess, and record progress in line with the EYFS framework.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment at all times.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies.
Training and Support
As part of your Level 3 Apprenticeship, you will:
- Work towards your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
- Receive mentoring and ongoing support from experienced practitioners.
- Gain practical experience across all areas of early years education.
- Attend study sessions and complete coursework with a training provider.
- Develop your confidence and professional skills in a real nursery environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a Level 2 Childcare qualification (essential).
- Passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development.
- Reliable, caring, and eager to learn new skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Committed to completing the Level 3 Apprenticeship programme.
