Trade Counter Apprentice - Level 2
Location: B77 5BZ
Salary: £14,722.50 per year
Hours: Mon - Fri - 9 a.m. - 5p.m.

As a Trade Counter Apprentice, you’ll play an active role in supporting day-to-day operations of the trade counter, ensuring customers receive excellent service and products are managed efficiently. You'll be fully trained while gaining valuable practical experience and professional development.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Serving customers face to face over the counter
Assisting with customer enquiries over the telephone
Picking orders from the warehouse
Booking in deliveries, putting goods away, keeping the whole branch tidy and well maintained
Working as part of a tightly-knit team to ensure that the branch runs efficiently and effectively

You'll be communicating with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across different departments, supporting trade counter operations, managing stock and deliveries, and ensuring customers receive the right products on time. This role will help you build strong relationships with trade professionals, develop negotiation and customer service skills, and gain a solid understanding of supply chain and sales processes within a trade environment.
