Salary: £14,722.50 per year
Hours: Mon - Fri - 8:30a.m. - 4:30p.m.

As a Trade Counter Apprentice, you’ll play an active role in supporting day-to-day operations of the trade counter, ensuring customers receive excellent service and products are managed efficiently. You'll be fully trained while gaining valuable practical experience and professional development.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Handling customer sales at the trade counter and over the telephone
- Processing customer orders
- Receiving deliveries of goods
- Managing administrative tasks related to the above
- Communicating with a wide variety of internal and external customers
- Negotiating with suppliers and stakeholders
You'll be communicating with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across different departments, supporting trade counter operations, managing stock and deliveries, and ensuring customers receive the right products on time. This role will help you build strong relationships with trade professionals, develop negotiation and customer service skills, and gain a solid understanding of supply chain and sales processes within a trade environment.
