- We are a well-established law firm offering a range of legal services to individuals and businesses across South East Kent. We have offices in Gravesend, Chatham, Maidstone, Tonbridge and Tenterden. Our services include family law, property, employment law, wills & probate, and dispute resolution. We pride ourselves on providing professional and compassionate support tailored to our clients' needs.
Your Role
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
Admin:
- Scanning, photocopying, and filing legal documents
- Preparing and sending letters and emails
- Booking meeting rooms and managing diaries
- Maintaining accurate client records and databases
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Assisting with legal form preparation and document bundling
- Supporting solicitors and paralegals with general administrative tasks
- Learning and using case management systems (training provided)
- Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Providing typing support to all departments when required

- Apprentices are required to have GCSE grades A*-C/9-4 in maths & English
Training to be provided
- Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
This Apprenticeship will involve:
- Off the job training
- You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours
- You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role
- The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 18 months
- This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
