Start your career with our Logistics and Technical Services (LTS) team, where you’ll learn how customer orders, deliveries and returns all come together behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do
You’ll spend 80% of your time gaining hands‑on experience and 20% working toward your Level 3 qualification.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Updating customer orders and keeping our systems accurate
- Communicating with delivery partners to confirm details, request quotes and help resolve issues.
- Coordinating deliveries, collections and return requests
- Supporting customer credit processes by working with both customers and suppliers
- Helping prepare documents for international shipments
- Organising orders so they’re ready for picking in the warehouse
- Raising internal purchase requests and completing general admin tasks
What you’ll need
- At least 2 GCSEs, including Maths and English at grade 4/C or above
- An interest in technology and how things work.
- Able to follow processes and stay organised
- Able to manage your own tasks day-to-day
- Comfortable focusing on accuracy and quality
- A customer‑focused approach and willingness to help others
Important Eligibility Information
Please note that for successful applicants, offers will be conditional on passing additional eligibility checks with our training provider. These checks include a Maths and English assessment and a review of any previous qualifications you hold.
Due to the funding requirements of the apprenticeship, applicants must not already hold a Business Level 3 qualification, A Level or business degree or equivalent to be eligible for this programme.
