Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Handling telephone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to
inquiries.

Data Management: Maintaining databases, entering data, and generating reports.
Communication: Drafting emails, letters, and other documents.
Project Assistance: Supporting the planning and execution of events and projects.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and document preparation.

Training and Development:
On-the-Job Training: Practical experience in various administrative tasks.
Off-the-Job Training: Formal education leading to a recognised qualification in business
administration
