Our apprenticeship programme provides a structured learning path where you'll gain hands-on experience in different areas of digital and business technology, develop essential skills, and complete an apprenticeship qualification – all while being paid!

No prior qualifications? No problem! All you need is a passion for technology, a curiosity for problem-solving, and a drive to learn and grow.

What You Can Expect

Stage One – Explore & Discover

Your first year will be a foundation year where you’ll spend time in different technology teams to discover which area excites you the most. You’ll gain hands-on experience in:

IT Support – Helping colleagues to solve their technical issues

Software Development – Learn coding, low-code/no-code solutions

Cybersecurity – Help protect systems from digital threats

Data Analysis – Work with data to drive decision-making

Infrastructure & Networks – Set up and manage IT networks

Project Management – Support digital change projects

Business Systems – Work with enterprise applications and solutions

Throughout this journey, you’ll receive mentorship, structured training, and hands-on experience to help you find your ideal career path.

Stage Two – Specialise & Grow

At the end of your first year, you’ll choose your preferred career path and enrol in an apprenticeship qualification that aligns with your interest. This could take up to 4 years to complete, with virtual and face-to-face learning opportunities.
