If you have an interest in Property, this is a great opportunity to work with a busy Estate Agents in Wakefield. You will learn all about what is involved and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge.

Duties:

Assist with incoming calls and make outbound calls to our vendor and prospective tenants.
Recommend new properties to prospective buyers.
Book viewings and home valuations.
Support the team by providing administrative support.

A commitment to personal development and professional growth throughout the apprenticeship.

Qualifications Required:

GCSE/equilavent in Maths (Grade 4 or above is desired)
GCSE/equivalent in English (Grade 4 or above is desired)
Full UK Driving License (desired)

Training:

You will work towards a Customer Service Practitioner qualification which will be delivered either at the National Business College in Huddersfield or remotely via Teams. You will attend sessions once every 2 weeks with support inbetween. You will also be supported with Functional Skills if maths and english are required. The successful candidate will also have an opportunity for progression onto a level 3 qualification in either Business Administration or Customer Service Specialist.

Pay: £6.40 per hour
