Duties:
- Assist with incoming calls and make outbound calls to our vendor and prospective tenants.
- Recommend new properties to prospective buyers.
- Book viewings and home valuations.
- Support the team by providing administrative support.

Qualifications Required:
- GCSE/equilavent in Maths (Grade 4 or above is desired)
- GCSE/equivalent in English (Grade 4 or above is desired)
- Full UK Driving License (desired)
Training:
You will work towards a Customer Service Practitioner qualification which will be delivered either at the National Business College in Huddersfield or remotely via Teams. You will attend sessions once every 2 weeks with support inbetween. You will also be supported with Functional Skills if maths and english are required. The successful candidate will also have an opportunity for progression onto a level 3 qualification in either Business Administration or Customer Service Specialist.
