We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised and curious individual to join our team as an Apprentice Administration Assistant, studying a Level 3 Business Administration course. If you're ready to learn on the job, build confidence, and make a real impact across different departments – keep reading.
What’s the job?
You’ll be based at our busy Brighouse Depot, supporting our teams with day-to-day admin tasks, helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. From answering phones to organising paperwork, and supporting teams like Fleet, Service, Hire, and more — you’ll never be short of variety.
A typical day might include:
- Welcoming visitors and answering incoming calls at reception
- Keeping our shared email inboxes organised and messages responded to
- Updating systems with accurate info and flagging anything unusual
- Helping with stock checks, parts returns, and warranty claims
- Creating reports, preparing letters, and keeping our files in good order
- Lending a hand during staff holidays or absences
Don’t worry — full training and support will be given every step of the way. All we ask is that you bring a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, and a smile for the front desk!
You’ll love this role if you:
