Payments Administrator Apprenticeship
About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail oriented individual to join our growing team here in Manchester as an apprentice. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am till 5:30pm on a hybrid basis.
The aim of the Payments Administrator is to be responsible for managing and processing linguist invoices. The role will involve verifying the accuracy of invoices, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, and communicating effectively with linguists and other stakeholders to resolve and billing discrepancies.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Review and verify invoices submitted by linguists for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all services provided are properly documented and billed accordingly to established rates and contractual terms.
- Maintain communication with linguists to address any billing inquiries or discrepancies, providing clarification and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Enter invoice details into accounting software accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper categorisation and allocation of expenses.
- Maintain organised records of invoices, payment receipts, and related documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with finance to facilitate timely processing of payments to linguists, ensuring adherence to payment schedules and times.
