Job Purpose Summary
Digital Marketing Administrator works alongside Trafalgar Education Marketing Team to provide support with the execution of student and franchise recruitment campaign across all digital channels for Stagecoach, Drama Kids and Creative Learning, whilst also completing training as part of a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer (MCM) Apprenticeship and gaining a Digital Marketing Professional (DMP) qualification from the Digital Marketing Institute.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Global campaigns and digital performance support:
- Help with the execution of paid search campaigns (Google Ads and Bing) for events, student and franchise recruitment
- Support with the delivery of Stagecoach and Drama Kids SEO strategy to improve brands’ visibility on search engines (Google and Bing) and keywords ranking
- Support with the delivery of lead generation activities for franchise recruitment
- Support with the execution of marketing plan to drive student and franchise recruitment
- Working with the marketing team to ensure our content, design and strategy are all synonymous with one another
- Support with negotiating and booking online and offline media to achieve the best price
- Support and advise franchisees with any enquiries about their digital account performance
- Keep abreast of digital changes
Cross-departmental responsibilities:
- Working closely with the marketing team to help support internal departments with marketing their products
- Contribute to the delivery of the Stagecoach’s annual International Conference and Drama Kids head office events
- Uploading materials to toolkits and/or intranets
- Distributing relevant creative to preferred suppliers as required
- Work with the team to feed into the creative content process for all outgoing channels
Ad hoc requests as necessary
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels
- An understanding of Print marketing channels and techniques
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under direction with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to stick to a plan in a dynamic environment
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Good IT skills including an understanding of Microsoft Office, Google, Mailchimp, Canva, OneDrive, Hubspot*, Sage X3*, SEMrush*
- Ideal, but not essential as training will be given.
Other
- Understanding of the franchise industry desirable but not essential.
- Must be able to travel to events, training, conferences, and performances across the UK.
- Please note there will be some of hours work required (evening/weekend) to visit schools or attend events
- A full DBS check will also be required.
Apprenticeship Training
- You will complete Level 3 Apprenticeship training through a series of modules. This is with an external training provider who will liaise with you and your manager.
- 80% of your time will be your on-the-job learning through your role and 20% will be off-the-job training
- There is potential for you to learn from other teams in the wider business
- You will complete an End Point Assessment to finish the Level 3 Apprenticeship
- This apprenticeship is dual-accredited with the globally esteemed Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute, the global leader in digital marketing education.
