The Hull Integrated Care Team for Older People have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a dynamic team, supporting older adults with complex and enduring mental health needs.
This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity for a creative and talented individual who is willing to learn and is interested in developing their career. The duration of this apprenticeship will be between 18 and 21 months and on successful completion you will progress into the Band 2 role of an Administration Assistant.
The post holder will work as an essential member of the Hull Integrated Care Team for Older People and support in delivering an effective, efficient, responsive and high quality service.
Provide administrative support to clinical teams and support services within standard administrative and/or reception procedures.
Contribute to the planning and development of the service/department as a member of the team.
Work towards the completion of the selected apprenticeship standard whilst working closely with the team to gain the required skills, knowledge and behaviours for the role.
Core Functions
Preparing and editing letters, reports, memos, and emails
Scanning and printing documents
Answering phone calls and taking messages
Answering the door when patients come for appointments
Post – to take letters to the front reception and pick up any for the team
Help with the staff safe list – lone working procedure
Accessing SystmOne to accept referrals
Maintaining the storage of files/folders on servers
Recording meeting minutes
Covering reception
