Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Business Administration Apprentice to join our friendly team. The apprentice will play a key role in supporting business administration tasks across various departments and development projects, ensuring the firm continues to deliver exceptional service to clients at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering and screening phone calls, handling enquiries, and directing them to the appropriate team members.
Performing general administrative duties, including document production, printing, scanning, and filing.
Assist in managing office tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and organizing documents.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries.
Input data into company databases, spreadsheets, or systems.
Update and maintain employee and client records.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

Qualifications

Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

The apprenticeship minimum wage is £6.40/hour (rising to £7.55 as of 1/4/25). This can be paid for the first 12 months of your apprenticeship. After 12 months your wage will increase to at least NMW.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: From £7.55 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
