Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and processing of financial documents
- Support the team with administrative tasks and data entry
- Help manage client accounts and correspondence
- Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Learn and apply financial services principles and practices
- Undertake the apprenticeship with us as the training provider, attending training one day per week
Requirements:
- A keen interest in financial services and administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Qualifications:
- Minimum of GCSEs Grade 4/C in Maths and English (or equivalent)
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
