We are supporting a reputable and client-focused financial services firm based in the Middlesbrough area who are looking for an Apprentice Financial Services Administrator. The firm are committed to delivering high-quality financial solutions, exceptional customer service and their team is dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative work environment where every member can grow and succeed.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to start their career in financial services. As an apprentice, you will receive comprehensive training and support to develop your skills and knowledge in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and processing of financial documents
Support the team with administrative tasks and data entry
Help manage client accounts and correspondence
Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Learn and apply financial services principles and practices
Undertake the apprenticeship with us as the training provider, attending training one day per week

Requirements:

A keen interest in financial services and administration
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Qualifications:

Minimum of GCSEs Grade 4/C in Maths and English (or equivalent)
No prior experience required; training will be provided
