Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Apprentice to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to begin a career in marketing, where you’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of marketing channels while working towards a recognised qualification.
What you will be responsible for...
- Support planning and execution of Group marketing campaigns
- Prepare campaign performance analysis using analytics tools
- Help with coordination of marketing led events, both online and in person
- Assist with updating the website and uploading content
- Carry out basic research on trends, competitors, and audiences
This role includes study support towards a recognised qualification in Marketing (e.g., Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship). This requires one day a week college attendance.
The Person…
- A-levels or equivalent qualification (BTEC, T Level, etc.).
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths (required).
- Work experience (e.g. part-time job, retail, admin, hospitality, event support). Some experience in an office environment is desirable but not essential.
- Interest in marketing and communications.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc).
- Organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
- UK driving licence and access to own transport.
The right to work in the UK is a requirement.
This role will be based at our offices on the Cranfield University Technology Park, near Milton Keynes. You will also be required to regularly attend classes in person through a local college. Ability and willingness to travel is required.
