Job duties include:-
- Payment allocations
- Unidentified payments management
- BOT Management
- Payment receipting
- Bank reconciliations
- Two shared mailboxes responsibility – Banking and Refund
- Weekly student refund runs
- Reconciling the student clearing account
- Payment transfers between Kaplan Partners
- Policy and procedure documentation
- Ad-hoc project based work as and when necessary
- Support team with audit requests
