Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to join our rapidly expanding team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering top class customer service to our key account customers. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in Google Drive, MacBook and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.

The successful candidate will be joining a thriving company who have experienced 4000% growth over the past 12 months. Bibby Energy Solutions currently works with key account customers such as Ohme, NHS, Motability, Mercedes, Polestar and VW Group.
Duties
- Contact customers to schedule installations and service calls.
- Contact existing customers to gain feedback on their installation and offer them one of our free products or services.
- Liase with other departments to ensure fluidity thought the business.
- Plan engineer's journey efficiently and effectively.
- Manage calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Google Suite tools, ensuring high-quality documentation.
- Support and contribute to a collaborative team environment by performing other office related tasks.
