We are looking for a motivated IT Apprentice to join our client, one of the leading specialists in providing independent IT services. This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals eager to learn and develop their IT skills in a real-world setting while working with experienced professionals.

Job Summary:
As an IT Apprentice, you'll get the chance to gain valuable, practical experience in a range of IT support activities. You will be working alongside a supportive team and providing essential desktop support, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting in various IT projects. Key Responsibilities:
- PC and Laptop Support: Help resolve issues with hardware and software across both Windows and Mac systems.
- Technical Support: Provide 1st and 2nd line support to customers.
- Research and Development: Stay updated on new software, hardware, and operating systems.
- Inventory Management: Keep an accurate and up-to-date record of all IT equipment.
- Telephony Systems: Assist with installation, configuration, and support.
- Routine Administration: Help manage tasks like data backups, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Set-Up Assistance: Support staff with setting up and preparing ICT equipment.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Interest in both Mac and PC environments: Any prior experience is a plus!
- Basic knowledge of software and hardware: Understanding IT systems will help you thrive.
- GCSEs or equivalent: A background in IT hardware or related subjects is beneficial.
- Great Time Management & Organizational Skills: Stay on top of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication: You’ll need to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications:
