Job Overview

We are a successful and forward-thinking business, seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Resourcer Apprentice to join our team in Leeds, LS15. This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience in a professional office environment while developing essential business skills. The successful candidate will assist with various resourcing and administrative tasks, whilst working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Qualification.

Responsibilities

Phone Management & Customer Support:

Answer telephone calls and provide assistance where possible.
Transfer calls to relevant departments or team members.
Assist with customer inquiries.

Administrative & Organizational Tasks:

Create and update digital records, maintaining a filing system that meets compliance standards.
Provide general administrative support to all staff members.
Manage office setups and internal systems.

Front of House Services:

Provide a welcoming front-of-house service for visitors to the company.

Marketing & Promotion:

Lead marketing efforts by promoting the business online and on social media.
Create and share marketing posts, including job adverts and updates on the company’s success.
Use mailshots to advertise business achievements.

Recruitment Support:

Post job advertisements on various platforms.
Enter candidate and client details into the CRM system.
Chase timesheets and assist with payroll processing.
Support in drafting and listing job vacancies.
Source and review CVs for job openings.
Assist with onboarding new candidates into the CRM.

Essential qualifications

GCSE or equivalent in:

English & maths (grade A*-C/ 4-9)

This apprenticeship is an excellent stepping stone for those eager to develop their career in resourcing and business administration while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
