About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join as an Office Administration Apprentice. This apprenticeship is ideal for someone looking to develop essential office administration skills along with foundational digital skills. You will gain practical experience in office tasks such as managing communications, scheduling, and file management, all while developing your digital literacy.
Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive and may change):
- Assist with daily administrative tasks: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office correspondence using digital tools.
- Organize and maintain digital records: Use software to store and manage office files and documents in an organized and accessible way.
- Prepare digital documents: Create, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings: Use digital calendars and scheduling tools to coordinate meetings and manage team calendars.
- Help with data entry: Input and update data into digital systems such as spreadsheets and CRM software, ensuring accuracy.
- Support with online communication: Participate in email and online communication, ensuring professional interactions through digital platforms.
- Assist in preparing digital reports: Use spreadsheets to generate simple reports, analyse data, and create visualizations for meetings.
- Assist with general office tasks: Manage office supplies, organize digital files, and perform administrative duties as required.
