Location: South East (Hybrid and travel to London Headquarters)
Working hours: 35 hours per week to include x1 day study time during your working week

We are looking to recruit an Employability Support Apprentice to join our team who will have the opportunity to work in a supported learning environment to develop the skills and knowledge which will assist the apprentice to complete their qualification and secure employment and progress in their career in the future. To assist in the development and delivery of support which promotes client choice, control and addresses client support needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- To undertake a development programme leading to a Level 3 in Business Administration as part of an apprenticeship.
Duties to include:
- Supporting the team with daily administrative duties using Microsoft team programmes such as Excel, Word and Teams
- Using a CRM database to access reports for managers and colleagues
- Taking minutes during team meetings
- Supporting our local community venues with data entry and other administrative tasks
- Perform tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
- Provide administrative support to other staff members as required
- Maintaining Records, keeping accurate records and ensure they are up-to-date
- Supporting with company events
The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:
- An ability and willingness to follow instruction and learn new tasks
- Not qualified already to Business Admin Level 3
- A desire to work with those disadvantaged by unemployment
- Good Microsoft office skills including Excel, word and Teams
