We are now looking for a Junior Marketing Apprentice to join our team and work directly with our Business Development Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and driven individual to begin their career in marketing, with hands-on experience across branding, events, social media, and content creation.
The Role:
This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic, flexible, and keen to explore the world of marketing, networking, and business development. You will play a key part in supporting the Managing Director in building a personal brand and hosting networking events for Dutton Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and managing social media content for the Managing Director and the Dutton Group brand
- Help plan, promote, and coordinate exclusive networking events and property-related functions
- Support the design and development of branding assets (presentations, invites, brochures, etc.)
- Conduct research on competitors and industry trends
- Manage marketing calendars and event timelines
- Capture and edit video/photo content for digital campaigns
- Liaise with suppliers, venues, and speakers for events
- Support CRM input and campaign follow-ups with the Business Development Manager
Requirements:
- Must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- A creative eye with interest in branding, design, and social media
- Willingness to attend events and work occasional evenings
- A passion for learning and developing in a fast-paced business
- Confident using Canva, PowerPoint, or similar design tools (preferred but not essential)
