Job Summary
Our Customer Services team work with our Sales team and are our main liaison with our customers. Representing the Company to the highest possible standards the Customer Services Administrators process orders, provide information and resolve queries through a variety of channels including telephone, e-mail and face to face. The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Duties:
- Handling all inbound calls to the Company and redirecting where appropriate.
- Processing orders through to invoice ensuring the customer is kept informed of any changes.
- Maintaining records of customer interactions and filing documents.
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Investigating and resolving customer queries quickly, ensuring all parties are kept informed throughout the process.
- Processing outgoing mail.
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Representing the Company to the highest possible standards through your interaction with internal and external customers.

HOW does the apprenticeship work?
Working towards your Customer Service Level 2 Qualification, you’ll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month – NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about modules including the organisation & role fundamentals, customer management and the customer experience. You will be given a maximum of 8 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. All apprenticeship work and training will be completed in the workplace, during working hours.
