Rock Oil is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Service department as an Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in a professional and supportive environment within a well-established, British manufacturing business.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will be an essential part of the team, learning how to:
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Process and track orders accurately
- Liaise with other departments, including Sales and Logistics
- Develop key skills in communication, organisation, and time management
- Understand the complete customer journey, from enquiry to delivery

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach
- GCSEs in English and Maths (or working towards them)
- A genuine interest in customer service and business operations

Salary: The starting wage will be in accordance with the National Minimum Wage for Apprentices, which varies depending on your age.
Progression: After successfully completing the 18-month apprenticeship programme, your pay will be reviewed and increased in line with your new qualifications and role.
