Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.. Within this role you will learn all aspects of the business operations and administration tasks whilst completing a level 3 Apprenticeship and over time you will play a crucial role in maintaining office efficiency and supporting various departments within the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry and clerical duties.
- Maintain accurate records and files using microsoft packages and sage 50.
- Assist in the organisation of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette.
- Support the team with various office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Ensure that office supplies are adequately stocked and order new supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.
- Provide support for special projects as required.
