The Opportunity:
You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship as you start your career with us. You’ll gain a deep understanding of recruitment processes, as well as an insight into our clients and markets. Your key duties will include supporting the team with data management, research tasks, and general administrative support.
Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will have various career progression options. One potential path could lead to a researcher role within our team, offering a starting salary of £30,000, with plenty of room for growth and progression.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong Academic Background: GCSEs and A-Levels (or equivalent) with good grades.
- Enthusiastic & Motivated: A desire to learn and succeed in a competitive environment.
- Interest in Sales & Recruitment: A genuine passion for the recruitment industry and an interest in sales processes.
- Competitive Nature: A background in sports or competition is highly valued, as we appreciate a driven, results-focused mindset.
