Apprenticeships are high quality, work-based training programmes for people who want to develop their prospects and career. The programme provides work-based training to those who want to learn new skills and gain qualifications while working.
Sefton Careline are looking to recruit an Apprentice who is committed and motivated to complete the 21 months programme.
Your main duties will be to provide general administration support for the Careline Team including answering the telephone, photocopying, filing, data input, word processing and handling incoming and outgoing mail. Deal with Careline enquiries via telephone and email, liaise with external agencies, develop and maintain various databases, process invoices, take an active role in the development and testing of new and existing Technology Enabled Care Solutions. The post will be based at 209 Linacre Lane, Bootle L20 6AD
