What You’ll Do
· Shadow and support skilled fabricators in the workshop.
· Learn to read technical drawings, use fabrication tools, and master welding techniques.
· Get involved in real projects that make a difference to our customers businesses and processes.
· No experience? No problem. Just bring your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a team-first attitude.
