In this role, you’ll play a key part in welcoming new starters to the organisation, ensuring their journey begins smoothly and professionally. You’ll handle essential tasks like Right to Work checks, DBS processing, and setting up new employees on the payroll system—all while delivering a personal, friendly experience. Your goal? To make every new hire feel supported, confident, and ready to thrive from day one.
Key Requirements:
- Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and email
- Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
- Ability to travel to work settings as required
- Minimum GCSE Grade 9–4 (A–C)* or equivalent in English and Maths
- Basic keyboard and IT proficiency
