The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice with a technically-minded, problem-solving approach and a strong can-do attitude. This is a fantastic opportunity to build foundational digital marketing skills while supporting our team in delivering results across all digital channels.
This is not a client-facing or creative content production role; rather, it’s suited to someone with a keen interest in technical marketing implementation, AI, data, statistics and digital tools.
What You’ll Be Doing
Google Ads & Performance Max:
-
Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns for clients.
- Prepare performance reports and extract insights.
- Ensure campaigns stay within budget parameters.
Paid Social Media:
- Build and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta.
- Develop audiences and manage tracking, optimisation, and measurement.
CRM and Email Marketing:
- Develop HTML email templates for CRM platforms.
- Assist with setting up and scheduling multi-channel client communications across email, SMS, and direct mail.
AI Tools & Development:
- Support the team in exploring and building AI tools for internal use and for clients.
- Experiment with prompt engineering and AI-based solutions.
Reporting & Analysis:

Gather and analyse performance data from various platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, social ad platforms, third-party tools etc.).
- Contribute to campaign evaluation and improvements using data-driven insights.
Technical Support:

Assist with campaign troubleshooting.
- Implement tracking solutions for digital marketing activities.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:

Strong interest in digital marketing and technology.
- Logical and analytical mindset.
- Comfortable working with numbers, data, and technical tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn, with a ‘never stop learning’ attitude.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable:
Familiarity with:
- Google Ads or other PPC platforms.
- Social media advertising platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Google Analytics.
- Basic HTML/CSS for email development.
- Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT or Google Gemini is a bonus.
