etiCloud is looking for a motivated and curious Apprentice IT Service Desk Technician to join our awesome Cloud Managed Service team in Sheffield.
What’s the job all about?
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their tech issues over the phone and through our ticketing system. Don’t worry—you won’t be thrown in at the deep end!
You’ll work closely with our experienced IT team, learning the ropes and building your skills every day.
While you’re gaining hands-on experience, you’ll also be studying for a recognised IT qualification through online learning and assignments. It’s the perfect mix of learning and doing.

· How to support users and fix real-world IT problems
· The basics of infrastructure, cyber security, software, and communication systems
· How to work in a professional IT environment and grow your confidence
What we’re looking for:
· A genuine interest in tech and helping people
· Good communication skills (you’ll be chatting with customers!)
· A team player who’s keen to learn and grow
Working hours:
Our Service Desk runs Monday to Friday with shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, plus a late shift (12:00pm–8:00pm) on a rota. There’s also an on-call rota for out-of-hours support (don’t worry, we’ll explain how that works!).
