We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & Admin Assistant Apprentice to support the efficient operation of the business while gaining hands-on experience in Marketing and Admin. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop essential skills in office management, marketing, event coordination, and client support while working alongside experienced professionals.
As a Marketing & Admin Assistant Apprentice, you will support our team and regional offices with marketing activities, including social media updates, website management, and assisting with promotional campaigns. You will also assist with event planning, internal communications, and other business-related tasks while developing key organisational and technical skills. In addition, you will also assist with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
The successful candidate will be enrolled on a relevant Marketing Apprenticeship.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Marketing Co-ordinator with ad-hoc tasks.
- Providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Head Office, and all regional offices.
- Updating and managing company social media accounts and websites.
- Scheduling meetings, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
- Coordinating and booking company trips.
- Tracking and monitoring internal client updates.
- Recording and maintaining resident contact logs.
- Overseeing the management of the internal expense’s app, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Planning, organising, and managing client entertainment events, including the administration of company hospitality season tickets.
- Taking minutes for various internal meetings and ensuring timely distribution.
Person Requirements:
Essential Skills & Qualities:
- A keen interest in marketing and admin.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A creative mindset with an interest in social media and digital marketing.
Desirable Skills & Experience (Not Essential but Beneficial):
- Experience using social media platforms for business purposes.
- Knowledge of basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience in event planning or coordination.
