Casson Mann, an award-winning design studio creating museum and exhibition experiences around the world, is looking for a hardworking, proactive, and positive Business Administration Apprentice to join our London studio.
Working closely with our Office Administrator and Practice Manager, you’ll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio and support the wider team in an organised, friendly, and hands-on way. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn on the job, develop essential professional skills, and earn a recognised Business Administration qualification, all while being part of a welcoming and creative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting with studio and office administration, maintaining databases and systems
- Helping to organise studio events, team lunches, and social activities
- Assisting with travel bookings and preparing travel itineraries
- Managing supplies and liaising with external contractors and suppliers
- Welcoming visitors, answering calls, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and inviting
- Making tea and coffee for meetings and visitors
- Assisting with couriers, deliveries, and meeting room arrangements
- Supporting finance admin such as expenses and filing
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who is:
- Hardworking, proactive, and eager to take initiative
- Personable and friendly, with a positive and helpful attitude
- Happy to be in the studio, supporting the team and wider business
- Organised, with a strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using Apple Mac computers and Microsoft Office
- Keen to learn, develop, and get involved in all aspects of studio life
- Interested in museums, design, or the creative industries (a bonus, not essential!)

Salary and Benefits
