Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels
- Conduct initial candidate screenings
- Assist in matching candidates to positions
- Manage candidate database and records
- Coordinate interview schedules
- Support administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with policies and laws
- Foster candidate engagement and communication
- Contribute to team collaboration and learning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
