Business Administration Apprentice
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and organised Business Administration Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in business administration while earning a recognised qualification and gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment.
As part of our team, you’ll support daily office operations, assist with administrative tasks, and help keep our business running smoothly. You’ll work closely with various departments, developing key skills in communication, organisation, and problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
- Answer calls and emails, ensuring excellent customer service
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records
- Support finance teams with day-to-day tasks
- Help improve office systems and processes
- Learn and apply business practices through real-world experience and training
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, Excel spreadsheets)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths – Grade 4/C or above preferred
