The Role:
As a Modern Apprentice, you will play a key role in the day-to-day care of the children and work alongside our experienced team to ensure a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. You'll build meaningful relationships with the children, staff, and families while learning the ropes of childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to children
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and safe environment
- Build strong connections with children, families, and colleagues
- Assist in planning and delivering creative and engaging activities
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Patience, kindness, and a caring nature
- Eagerness to learn and develop your skills in childcare
The candidate must be between the ages of 16 and 19 in order to access funding for their qualification.
