The Arches Nursery is looking to recruit a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Apprentice.

The Arches Nursery is housed under two small railway arches, set in the vibrant East End and only a stone’s throw away from Epping Forest. We’re open 48 weeks of the year, Monday to Friday from 8am - 5.45pm.
Nursery Practitioner Apprentice
The Role:
- To be responsible for the delivery of our curriculum, vision, and ethos.
- Deliver outstanding practice, high quality observations and planning that's tailored to each individual child.
- To provide a safe and nurturing environment and stimulating experiences for the children.
- To develop children’s confidence in their emerging abilities and provide opportunities for children to perform tasks independently.
- To provide lots of opportunities for language rich play and support children with their social interactions and how to manage their feelings and emotions.
- Proactively contribute new ideas to continually improve ways of working.
- Adhere to the nursery’s policies, procedures and safeguarding practices in day to day practice.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with the children, parents and team members.
- To be committed to reflective practice and continual professional development.
What you will need to bring with you:
- Previous experience working with children
- A commitment to achieving a L3 Early Years qualification
- Must be passionate about developing young minds and have a solid understanding of the EYFS
- Willingness to embrace the nursery’s approach, inspired by nature and the Montessori philosophy
- Have a creative and fun approach to learning reflected in your activities
- Be enthusiastic, proactive and a great team player
- Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Love the outdoors and find wonder in exploring the world around you whilst supporting children with their curiosity to learn
