About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about creativity, strategy, and how brands grow?
We’re looking for a Creative Business Strategy and Consulting Apprentice to join our team and help shape how businesses connect with audiences, improve performance, and build their digital presence.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working on marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and business growth projects — all while working towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship qualification.
What You’ll Learn and Do
As part of your day-to-day role, you’ll:
- Support the planning and delivery of creative marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Research market trends, audiences, and competitors to inform business strategy
- Help businesses develop innovative approaches to reach and engage their target markets
- Create and analyse digital content across platforms like social media, email, and websites
- Use insights and analytics tools to track campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Contribute to brand development, communications planning, and client presentations
- Learn how marketing strategy supports wider business goals and consultancy projects
Training and Support
You’ll be enrolled on the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, delivered by The Michael Streete Foundation (MSFDN) — combining real-world experience with structured, creative learning.
You’ll benefit from:
- 12–15 months of guided learning led by marketing and business strategy experts
- Mentorship on live campaigns and client projects
- Ongoing portfolio development and professional career support
- Workshops on creative strategy, brand storytelling, analytics, and digital innovation

- Be organised, proactive, and eager to learn about strategy and marketing consultancy
