Stepping Stones Care is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Apprentice to join our dynamic team at our Head Office.
The Role
As an HR Apprentice, you will gain valuable hands-on experience while working towards a recognised HR qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including a sector-leading Safer Recruitment & Compliance Process
- Supporting HR administration, including maintaining employee records and handling confidential documents.
- Assisting in onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Helping to manage employee queries and supporting HR policies and procedures.
- Ensuring HR compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Supporting general HR projects and initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- A keen interest in Human Resources and people management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards learning.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths; A-Levels or prior experience in administration is a plus.
