We have job opportunity for a Level 3 — Customer Service Apprentice to join our partnering contractor Wates, you will be working in their Croydon branch.

About the Role
As a Customer Service apprentice, you will gain the skills and experience needed to excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, develop your communication and problem-solving skills, and make a real difference to our customers' experience.
Your Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the below
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Support the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ordering materials and equipment
- Logging jobs, uploading documents, and updating our systems
- Responding to questions, and booking in contractors
- Raising purchase orders
- Writing reports
- Booking in our contractors
- Completing administrative tasks within deadlines

Qualifications
- To be considered for this apprenticeship you will need to have achieved a Grade 4 or C and above in Maths and English
- You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject.
Applicants will need to complete competency and motivational questions and those successful will be offered a position, ready to join in August 2025.
