Weekly hours: 37.5

Fixed Term (FTC) 30 months

Your responsibilities:

Discuss and update H&S training requirements, audit results, current risks and strategic planning.
Identification and collation of area specific health and safety data, challenges, incidents, trends, concerns and training requirements.
Organising quarterly Health and Safety campaigns and other relevant communication as directed by the Health and Safety Manager.
Active member of the business Wellbeing Steering Group.
Supporting internal and external Health and Safety audits and associated activities/task. Development and management of any actions required and the production of an action plan tracker.

Your profile:

Aiming towards Health and Safety related qualification
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills end effective communication to ensure engagement at all levels
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of an efficient team and create relationships
Assessing situations, recognizing difficulties and determining the action needed to achieve a successful outcome
Competent MS Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
